• Free will allows us to learn through struggles in this human healing journey
• Detaching from thoughts and feelings from a neutral state of acceptance
• You are a source creator field co-creating from your abundance state
• Divinity is your anchor so you can co-create while experiencing negative thoughts
• Your divinity is not separate and emotions are energy moving through your body
• You can transmute feelings instead of holding onto them
• You won’t always be in a state of your divine mind, but that is the time to co-create
• This state of consciousness is about joy, play, pleasure, self-connection and self worth
• Your divinity is personal and there is no wrong way to practice
