Stop Fear Take Action- Learn How to Release Fear in Your Akashic Records

Fear can rule our life if we let it. It shows up as a response to life circumstances and stays in the body when we create a limited belief that holds it there. Often times we don't realize the accumulative effects that fear has until it prevents us from taking action towards expressing ourselves and ultimately living our purpose.

We are abundant and we receive what we desire from our field of infinite potential
This is your divine presence and all possibilities exist for you
You do not receive things from outside of yourself to define your abundance
Before my NDE, I called things in from outside from a place of separation
Nothing we can think or feel can take away our vortex of abundance
We can shift our awareness at any time to our higher self and feel abundant
Our abundance is free and we have the free will to think and experience so much
You can operate in your field of abundance while feeling stuck in negative emotions
All you need is to believe within you that you are unlimited possibilities
You are a multidimensional being and can accept your experiences and emotions
Tapping into your abundant vortex creates space for who you are beyond limitations
“I am” statements like “I am abundant” are powerful
Your identity will change as you grow, expand and evolve
Embodying abundance is more important than desiring to be abundant 
We can shift in and out of this abundant field of energy, but it is always there
Become the awareness not defined by experiences to align your thoughts with the vortex
You will respond to circumstances by choosing the frequency of your infinite potential
It will feel expansive to start naturally responding to circumstances in your abundant nature

The first essential things for an online business are an Instagram account, booking system and an app to link them
I also recommend getting Canva for creating graphics and there are templates to use
There are pros and cons for social media but it is great for promotion
Your audience won’t know what you do unless you talk about it
When I am fully aligned and share on social media, I book clients
I spend a lot of time in my internal world and forget others don’t know what’s there
Knowing who your audience is can help you know what to talk about 
It is a service to share what you have to offer when it will help them transform
You are creating a brand that is your essence, theme and messaging
Rainbows, pastels and a black and white starry night are the colors of my brand
My brand reflects my family history and has a retro California feel to it
Know that you won’t have it all figured out, so start where you’re at
Creating from your abundant vortex will get you past any limitations
Your business is meant to serve you and create the feelings you want to embody
Looking for magic helps you to focus on your business as a playground for expansion

What to do when you feel stuck in your business

If you are feeling stuck, not motivated. And just not yourself, this episode is for you!
If we experience a healing or a release of any sort of limited belief, we will go through a period of high and then be in flow.
But what I want you to know is that when you feel out of alignment with that abundant vortex, it does not mean that the desire is wrong or off or out of alignment.
Limitations that come up are opportunities to transform and receive more abundance. This is how your business becomes a playground in your abundant vortex!

My motivation after my NDE awakening started to wear off because of earthly life
This doesn’t mean you’re out of alignment or you can’t get back to your abundant vortex
We are meant to experience the feelings and density of being human
You can practice awakening into your potential with intention
I recommit to my business over and over though aligning my mind, body and soul into it
I notice I am off when I feel pressure and striving instead of desire and thriving
Your business is an extension of you that we want to be sacred, aligned with your soul
It becomes a playground for abundance and unraveling limitations to grow and evolve
When I am aligned with my business, it feels like, open and expansive
Limitations come up as a way for your soul to show what is not in alignment
These are not negative because they allow you to recommit through the practice of letting go
These are like mini awakenings in your soul’s evolution
Seeing limitations as opportunities to receive more abundance makes it fun
The process of identifying and letting go of limitations
Does the original desire around a project feel expansive or constrictive?
If there is fear around something that feels expansive, your soul is longing for you to step more into your true essence
Journal everything that comes up around the fears and ask whose truth they are
Ask yourself if you are ready to let go of it and note any resistances
Who would you be without the limitations?
Expand your consciousness from your crown and heart chakras 
Ask if you can hold another possibility for that limiting belief
Getting in and out of alignment is part of our growth process
Desires are light, so any heaviness can be unraveled
Measuring progress and judging yourself doesn’t allow your business to feel free flowing

Vulnerability is a gift we have that is a signal to ourselves, helping us see who we are
Struggle and self doubt are part of the space between who we are becoming and what we are experiencing
There's a space in transformation where we can feel insecure about the next steps 
Know that there is always someone who has been where you are now
I remember having knowings that I was attracted to the same sex when I was young
I didn’t see same sex relationships and thought there was something wrong with me
I would stick up for gay people when derrogatory comments were made
Art was my outlet for my sensitive spirit to shine through creativity
I didn’t even share my sexuality with my close friends
I believe that the planet is evolving to not define sexuality
I did get married and shut down any other possibilities
Insecurities are resistances to places where we fear judgment that let others define us
Finding out I’d been lied to by someone close made me question who I give my power to
When the structure and security we keep ourselves in is shattered, we are in an abyss
This event made me look at my truth and sparked my coming out journey
It all comes back to taking responsibility for how we show up in our life and living in our authentic truth
Coming out started internally followed by conversations with family and friends
I was nervous when I told my mom first and she was so accepting
My parents invited my girlfriend and I over for dinner and it was amazing
When I old my young children, they told me they loved me and it’s okay to be gay
So many of the limitations were my own
Your life changes on a mental and physical level when you step into authenticity
When we live knowing the only constant is change, there is unlimited possibility
Take something you have a limitation around and ask if the limitation is true
Open to possibilities if you were to move past the fear, like me with dancing
Your limitless state gives you access to who you are without insecurities
